“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, giving easy access to trains, buses, and the subway. The hotel is brand new and looks great. Staff are very friendly, and the rooms offer excellent value. Comfortable beds, spotless rooms, good bathroom, AC, and even an air freshener. Slippers, a Japanese pajama, fabric freshener, tea, fridge, hairdryer, WiFi, and toiletries are all provided. There's a public bath, and women have a separate bath with a code. Umbrellas are available, and the lobby is pleasant. For food, the station area has many restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Initially we had noise from traffic at night, but we could switch rooms the next day without any issue and got a very quiet room. A great stay and we'd definitely return.”
